What to pair lamb cutlets with?
Consider serving lamb cutlets with sides like creamy mashed potatoes, roasted zucchinis, roasted carrots or eggplants! In the summer, think of a Mediterranean couscous salad. Mint sauce, chimichurri, or a balsamic reduction are great ideas of sauces to serve with lamb cutlets. For a good wine combination, opt for red wines like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, or Syrah.
Lamb cutlets vs lamb chops
Lamb cutlets and lamb chops both come from the rib section of the lamb. Lamb chops are usually larger and have a bone. Lamb cutlets are generally smaller because most of the fat and bone have been removed (or trimmed).
